Saskatoon, Saskatchewan is the largest city in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. It also has the only synchrotron is Canada.

HistoryEdit

Saskatoon became more populated than the capital city, Regina, Saskatchewan, in 1883. Saskatoon is also related to the Battle of Batoche, because the Northwest Rebellion marched through on their way to Batoche.

The Little Stone Schoolhouse also has historical value, as it was built in 1888, which is considered very old.

The Saskatoon's University of Saskatchewan was the first university in Saskatchewan, which is why it is not called the University of Saskatoon.

The University of Saskatchewan features a synchrotron, which is the only one in Canada. The sports team mascot is the Huskies.
