Eastern Ontario

Eastern Ontario is a region of Ontario, located east of the Golden Horseshoe and Western Ontario and southeast of Northern Ontario.
While Eastern Ontario remains part of Ontario, there is an organization that calls for a seperate province of Eastern Ontario; see [1]
Eastern Ontario includes the following census divisions:
- City of Ottawa
- United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry
- United Counties of Prescott-Russell
- United Counties of Leeds and Grenville
- Lanark County
- Renfrew County
- Frontenac County
- United Counties of Lennox and Addington
- Hastings County
- Peterborough County
- Northumberland County
- Prince Edward County
